Being that I wasn’t even born when the originals came out, I was still a kid when these changes were made and actually enjoyed them. However, now I am a cynical adult and realize how stupid and pointless most of these changes were. I almost feel sad for George Lucas. He had one great idea and has been living off it his entire career and that idea was Howard The Duck. Howard The Duck was so perfect however, George Lucas has always felt he has had to go back and constantly tinker with Star Wars to bring it up to Howard The Duck standards. Though he got close with Jar Jar Binks, he could just never re-capture the magic that was Howard The Duck. Screen Junkies make some pretty good videos over on that YouTube thing, you should check em out! This video is an interesting one, it is a Spoiler Supercut of some of cinema’s greatest twist endings. Why make a supercut like this? Good question. Maybe it is because they are the Screen Junkies and have actually seen all of these movies and assume anyone else who has may appreciate the video. OR maybe they want to see how dumb people on the internet are and despite numerous warnings of spoilers will still watch this video and complain.
